One of the most experienced and hardworking police officer in the Philippine National Police is PSSUPT BENILITO ABACA BIANZON, who hails from Batangas City. He was rose from the rank as an enlisted personnel (EP) in the defunct Philippine Constabulary since May 16, 1974 and became a Commissioned Officer as a LIEUTENANT in the Reserve Force, PC, AFP since January 16, 1983, after he has graduated from the AFP Officer Candidate Course School Class 78-5 (AFPOCS) in Philippine Army School Center (PASC) in Camp Bangad, Cabanatuan City.

PSSUPT BIANZON is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and completed his two (2) masteral degrees in Master in Business Administration at Jose Rizal College and Master in Management at Metro Manila.

On his experienced career, PSSUPT BIANZON has undergone several military and PNP schoolings, training and seminars and received numerous awards and decorations from the organization as well as appreciations from the government and non-government organizations on his significant accomplishments.

Prior to his assignment as PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR, Davao Norte Provincial Office on Jan 12, 2007, holds several key positions such as Junior Officer, 514th Coy, 51st PC Bn based in Brgy Camalandaan, Cauyan, Negros Occidental, Intel & Opns Officer, Iloilo Constabulary Command in Camp Delgado, Iloilo City, Ex-O, RSAC (Provl Coy), in Brgy Maliao, Iloilo, Command Adjutant, Regional Unified Command 6 (RUC 6), AFP, Asst Regional Adjutant, RECOM 6, both in Camp Delgado, Iloilo City, Assisttant Director for Logistics, Assistant Director for Human Resource & Doctrine Development, Assistant Director for Police Community Relations, Assistant Director for Operations, all in Traffic Management Group (now Highway Patrol Group) in Camp Crame, Quezon City, Regional Chief, Regional Traffic Management Office 6 (RTMO 6) based in Camp Delgado, Iloilo City, Regional Chief, Regional Traffic Management Office 9 (RTMO 9) based in Camp Batalla, Zamboanga City and Chief, RPHRDD, PRO 11 in Catitipan, Davao Cty.

During his stint laudable services with the Traffic Management Group (TMG) he was adjudged as the Staff Officer of the Year 1995, RTMO Chief of the Year 2001 and Best NSU (Opnl) for the 2004 and 2005. .

At present being the Provincial Director of Davao del Norte, lots of improvements have been accomplished in the administrative and operational aspects. He made his office to be an information technology system by accessing thru internet its reports and even every office can access thru WI-FI. Website for DNPPO (www.dnppo.gov.ph) has already been activated and still in the process of completing its every data/information in order that the community would like to know about DNPPO. Computers being used in this Office have also been upgraded to its speed capability and the procurement of brand new computers. Reporting of crimes was also being made with the information technology, through cellphones, tri-media and putting up posters in any convergence zones for people will know where they could report for any complaints or incidents that the police can give immediate action/response.

.Building improvements have also been the projects of which through his initiatives were supported by the LGUs already accomplished such as the initiated on the transfer of IGACOS CPS on its newly-constructed office, renovation and repainting of DNPPO building, guard house, asphalting of road leading to DNPPO, completed construction of PCO & PNCO quarters inside DNPPO funded by Tagum City Mayor Rey T Uy, four (4) Sub-Police Stations of Tagum CPS located in Brgys Madaum, Magdum, La Filipina and Apokon were also constructed with the supports funds also from the City Government of Tagum, on going construction of Dujali MPS, Panabo CPS, on-going construction of DNPPO Admin Building, projected construction of newly Asuncion PS
